Configuring a X-Spam-Flag: YES Filter in Outlook 2003 1. Select Tools->Rules and Alerts from the Outlook task bar.
2. Click New Rule.
3. Select Start from a blank rule, then select Check messages when they arrive. Click Next.
4. Scroll down the list of available rules and select with specific words in the message header. Click on the link specific words.
5. Type in the string X-Spam-Flag: YES exactly as shown. (Note: There is a space before the word YES!) Then click Add. Then click Ok.
6. Click Next
7. Select move it to the specified folder. Click on the link specified to show your mailbox folder list.
8. If you do not have a designated SPAM or Junk folder, click on the top level folder and then click New. (If you already have a designated SPAM or Junk folder, you can skip to step 10.)
9. Type SPAM or Junk for the folder name and click OK.
10. Select the SPAM or Junk folder you have created.
10. Scroll down and select stop processing more rules. Click Finish.
11. Check the rule description for accuracy. Click Apply. Click Ok.
